Having a point person at the pharmacy has been very helpful. She knows our needs and we know she will bend over backwards to accommodate us. Medicap LTC is very different then our past pharmacy provider, we are glad we changed to Medicap LTC.
The change over from our past pharmacy to Medicap LTC was so smooth, my staff called me their hero. I knew I had made the right choice in pharmacy providers. Thank you Medicap LTC!

Billing / Reporting
We are locally owned and operated and our billing department is located in Des Moines, Iowa, not out of state like many national pharmacies. Medicap LTC will bill the resident's insurance company or the government agency that maintains coverage for him or her. We will bill residents or the responsible party, each month for their co-pay, along with any additional items, such as over-the-counter products or any ordered by the physician that are not covered by insurance .
